Does anyone work at an agency that actually provides a good benefit package (especially insurance + retirement)? I work at an Omnicom agency and their family insurance plan is exorbitant for how much it actually covers. My friends working in-house at fin tech companies all have incredible benefits... you know, typical “millennial start-up” perks. Does that exist anywhere in the agency world?

Fingerpaint offers 4 medical plans to choose from - two of those plans are 100% employer paid, no matter the tier you pick (single vs family). 401k match isn’t terrible, at 4% match/100% invested day 1.

Amazing. Wish this were the industry standard 😔

I just found out how expensive my partners HC was and moved him to mine. He earns a chunk less than me, was paying 250% more in monthly premiums. So I accidentally found out Pubs are pretty decent there (we are both foreign and naive). 401k match is 4% and 100% invested. www.Publicisconnections.com to see the benefits.

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. If I don’t call, or occasionally go see them during the holidays, we would never talk. Some of them are growing old (health-wise), and I’m scared this entire situation is just irreparable. Has anyone ever gone through anything similar? Any advice or thoughts?

Alright auto fishes, I’m in the market for a entry level luxury car. Open to used or a lease. I don’t plan to use it as a daily driver, live in an HCOL. Only restriction is that I’d like to keep my monthly costs at no more than $600-$700/month (including insurance, financing / fees, etc; have a parking spot already). Doesn’t have to be a European badge. Thoughts?

I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic. Embellished on several elements of the case. I am worried that giving them this report will cause me to be let go.

From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
