Does having a career mostly in the small business sector hinder my chance of getting into M7? I have good leadership/managing experience and promotions in the past 5yrs. However, scanning MBA candidate profiles, I’m seeing a lot of MBB, Big 4 and big corporations. For MBA candidates at M7, do you see classmates with careers in small biz?

Hii, I have 2.5 yrs of experience and I'm changing my career from Mechanical field to IT field. Especially RPA domain. I have been trained by an experienced professional and I have through knowledge of Blue Prism and Ui Path. During training I have worked on some example projects but I have no on paper experience. What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.
