Does presales pay good if you have coding experience?

I used to be a dev(<1yr), then became a product analyst within pre-sales, i think im going to hit my salary peak.15lpa in hand


I do some coding and have decent knowledge in webseries, ETL tools, docker, AWS, Azure.


My day to day activities includes
- implement technical solutions (L3)
- poc business solutions
- mentor sales team(L1)
- RFP/RFI (L3)
- product owner for poc codebase.

What is my next move? How much can I earn in presales?

How fair is it for the firms to pay different salaries for the same work in different countries? or lower salaries to employees from the developing nations even though they might be working directly with the client or leading projects?
Cost of living is definitely one factor but how would you counter when a Consultant from Mexico and a Consultant from US want to go on a vacation to UK?

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
