Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Recruiters don’t know shit. They refer you to the practice for a phone “technical screen”. Then you’ll move to in person interview.
A in person interview after this second round of phone interviews... Any thoughts on this ? Thought I would have had a in person interview after the phone interview. Thanks ahead of time !
@Director1, I thought so. I had my technical interview last week so I assumed the in person interview is next. We’ll see.
Which group is it for? There is one recruiter for capital markets who has been putting people through an absurd amount of phone interviews.
When I interviewed there, they scheduled 2 phone screens but the first one went well enough that the manager recommended to move to the in person round to speed things up.
It’s for the Cyber group
If they trying to move you through the process quickly they will do all your interviews over the phone. I did 2 calls in a week and had a over Friday afternoon
Depends on the practice. Mine does one or two phone screens then in person. Depends on timing and the candidate. Two (excluding the recruiter) is pretty normal though
It can vary greatly but generally you have your phone screen with a junior recruiter, then sometimes a senior recruiter, then either an in office interview with multiple folks (usually manager and director and or MD). Then either a partner or you get the offer if the MD thumbs you up. Really just depends on the group.
