Hi all, so I got an offer from TCS last week with 2L of joining bonus. The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. Will they be giving me the bonus, if yes what shall I get as a reference from them. Please advise. TIA

Hi Everyone, I completed all interview rounds at pwc Bangalore. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

What should I expect during my call with Deloitte’s recruitment advisor? I received a verbal offer last week, and a meeting invite this week with the advisor. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞
