PwC doesn’t have a healthcare FSA. You also can’t have an HSA and a healthcare FSA at the same time, but you can have an HSA and a limited purpose FSA (Dental/Vision) at the same time.
I believe we do have vision and dental FSA.
Is that the limited purpose FSA which requires high deductible?
I don’t believe so. We have a separate HSA for high and mid deductible plans.
We have FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and HSA (if you have a HDHP). Use the HSA if you can.
Yes. There are two programs, FSA and HSA. HSA you do not qualify for since you are on low deductible. The FSA is for Dental and Vision Care or dependent care (I have a HSA which is why my option is limited, you might have a full FSA option when you go into the system).
Go to the HQ then ‘Rewards, benefits’ on the left, then ‘benefits express’. Under ‘health’ you should be able to change your contribution into the FSA (auto withdrawal from paycheck) or set up an account and make a one time payment. If you do one time payment then be sure to deduct it on your taxes next year as it will be post tax.
FSA does not carry over each year so only put in what you need.
