You'll get the selection email in November. They will email you a thousand times so there's almost no way to miss it
Can't ever find shit on he US portal, guess I'll just wait for the email
Go to usportal and search ECIB
Early investment career bonus or early career investment bonus. Try those
Yes. It's called ECIB
What is this?
Any other firms have similar programs?
ECIB search on US portal didn't give me much
EICB*
Maybe we do, but what is it?
I'll let you know once I find out, basically a tiered bonus program to retain seniors. Stay for one year get $5k, two years $10k, three years $20k; not sure if those are the actual numbers but that's the gist.
Ahh yes we do, but it's not just for seniors and payout is after 5 years
Those aren't the numbers. It's 4,8,12, up to 3 times for a total payout of 36,000. Depends on when you want what paid out.
Also OP, I literally just searched for it on us portal and there are 5 different links to the page that explains it. Go to the performance management thing and click around. You'll also get many emails very soon about your Selection
The trick is that the payout isn't for (1,2,3) years, its from x years after the first year, so add one year to whatever you choose.
They didn't tell me about this when I interviewed with K! Does it mean you have to be a senior in be end to get the payout or you get paid when you get promoted/leave?
Does it still pay out if you switch practices?
And really it's a manager retention plan. Since you start getting paid at the earliest as a SA2, but you'll likely pick the 12 option and get that money as manager unless it takes you more than 4 years to make manager.
Pays out in all practices. Payment structure is scheduled based on when you make SA1 and how long you stay SA.
