Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

I used to do around 8 tvc shoots a year. Now maybe it's 3. Doing more and more social content now
We have moved to nearly all “earned media” vs paid media and are always trying to hack headlines and use social and limited paid media to do it.
All stunts basically
7 TV shoots last year for me. It's alive and well
Publicis
Lots of OOH and OLV. Some TV and print too.
Lots of OLV and some tvc, can’t even remember the last time I made a print ad
OLV is YouTube - online video (not sure why that stuck for just YouTube). CTV is connected tv (Streaming app platforms - Netflix, Roku etc)
earned stunts, and mini “campaigns” that run across olv (occasional tv buys), paid social, & display banners. organic social is ran by content creators and social copywriters. print & ooh only if there is some earned media push behind it or to get in the trades.
Doing a TV shoot right now.
Pro
1-2 tv shoots a year per team. lots of social and earned.
Rising Star
We do some print stuff. And a lot of emails
A mix: had 2 TV shoots, a handful of print ads, lots of social content, and several OLV.
