I recently went through trainer certification and I received some really confusing feedback. During certification we were told that in order to meet intent we should stick to the leader guide notes and we will be fine. I did this to a T and it was noted that I did, however the feedback that I received was that I should have created another unspecified unscheduled activity and had my learners visit an info page that was not referenced in the learning module or the leader guide notes. I’m lost.

The team will be over all analytics for the company. It is a 300 million funded healthcare startup and remote position. What total compensation package seems fair for this role? Currently, I am a EM at 200k TC. How should I handle it if they come lower than my current compensation?

I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. Should you stay in a position that has very limited promotion opportunities because of its org structure? We have a relatively small team of various bands of staff level who report to a Director who has no intentions of adding additional mgt layers (understandably). I'm interviewing at stripe and looking for some guidance on the TC I should push for. I'm an L6 at google non-tech with 10 YOE but in a fairly niche / sought after role. I'm based in a tier 2 Midwest location but It seems like stripe doesn't care as much about this. Anyone have a similar story?
