Have you clarified your understanding of your job with your boss? Do they agree that your job is primarily keep the lights on?
No, they want everyone to be super aggressive with all the new projects. Doing new projects is part of my responsibility and I am doing that, but projects have to be the high impact ones.
But to answer your question, if you feel the need to move on to something better, move on to something better. It doesn’t make you anything.
If everything is critical, then nothing is critical.
