I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. One EVP (not the GC) in particular has been aggressively texting/calling me on fridays. How Do I tactfully respond? My out-of-office email is not enough of a hint...

2yrs of post-undergrad experience at D and have offers from two FAANG companies. Worth it to stick it out for a couple more years to open up more offers down the road, or should I get out while I can?

I want to get an MBA to check a box for management. I’m Asian and have a bad undergrad GPA so I’m thinking online. USC Marshall would be great but it’s like 100k+. Lots out of pocket.

Thoughts on Boston University/Questrom for 25k? It’s got a bad rank but I’m not trying to do IB or management consulting.

If I’m feeling really burned out and want to take 2-3 days off in the next week or two is it bad if I let my manager know now? I know it’s a short notice. Or should I wait to take days off in a month? FYI im in a long term delivery role so there aren’t any pressing deadlines in the next while.
