Ex Ad agency people: Workload and speed of brand side? Is it as chaotic and under-resourced as agencies, I.e even if you’re sick with a high fever you still have to work as there’s nobody else? Do you still get that feeling of hurtling at 100mph, every single week?

So many people are quitting. I understand why. We are underpaid, industry jobs offer more money and more work-life balance. Are these firms going to do anything to prevent this from continuing?
