EXL vs Tiger Analytics, which to join for Data Engineering position?

Tiger Tech Stack - Snowflake Data Engineering

And EXL is offering 1-2 lacs more than Tiger, though I'm more inclined towards Tiger, because I've heard bad reviews about EXL.

Joining date is this week only for both of them. Also can't negotiate any further in any of them.

is anyone familiar with pay differentials, negotiating for a temporary raise or some other form of compensation for extra work? 3 coworkers on my team have recently resigned, and certain shifts are being expected to work at half staff until new hires can be brought on. if my workload is being doubled, i expect to be compensated, as they are paying one employee to do the work of two. any suggestions or wording on how to address this?

I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
