EY EY-Parthenon When do we realistically think the EYP MBA class of 2025 will start?

The two start date options were: a) "no earlier than March 2026" and b) "no earlier than fall 2026." For option A, I'm guessing we'd realistically start June 2026. For option B, I worry that the start date could be pushed to 2027.

Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
I'm also concerned about exits from CEO's office roles, what do they look like?
