Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.
Brillio

It's how EY rates employees for salary base bumps. 3s means you're performing at expectation and 5s are basically you're performing at the level above your rank.
These are published % by service line. I don't have them handy but you can probably look it up.
What do 3, 4, and 5 mean?
I've heard 3, 6, and 12% of base at the Consultant level (which I think it the same as senior for the rest of EY?)
Interesting, those numbers seem a bit low. I'm in FSO and I've heard for first years that it was 10, 15, 20... But that seems high haha
Definitely not that high
I think 10/15/20 is the bump in base between years as an associate
At least it was for some groups last year
I see so when you're a senior/consultant the base bump is lower but you get a performance bonus too?
I believe so, yes! There is also a small promotion bonus if this is your promotion year. Was $5K from associate to senior associate last year.
OP is correct, it was 12-15-27 from what I heard for promotions from Staff 2 to Senior level
