I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

@kpmg1 yes pwc is so much worse than kpmg. I've been at both and while I totally think it depends on the specific office my experience has been horrible with pwc. I think there are good and bad offices in each of these firms, but overall I like the set up of the kpmg partnership model better than the pwc one. It breeds a competitive, cut throat culture, and I never once saw that at kpmg. I obviously also don't know this for a fact but I felt that kpmg spent a larger percentage of their profits on their people and spread the wealth a bit more.
Yeah "culture" depends on the office, and the group within the office (if you're in a big office). I saw some great cultures at KPMG and some shit cultures. EY seems pretty great so far, but I haven't been here that long.
But the two times I interviewed with Deloitte? Yeah I would think Deloitte would have "worst Big 4 culture" in the bag!

Vision 2020 was bad business forecasting, doesn't make the culture bad. I like the culture.

I hated deloitte 1000x more than EY. It's all personal preference.
who cares about V2020? it was a lofty goal they probably never intended to actually meet. it was like best case scenario... just another excuse to give less PBB and raise. I like EY better than PwC but it's all based on office/location

EY doesn't have bad culture.. at least noy at the NY office.. but all the changes and a lot of crappy managers.. all of it makes it crappy.

Hahaha. So back in the day, when i interviewed with Deloitte out of college, my rejection letter was postmarked the same day as my interview. This time around its been pretty goid. 😄
It's a big firm. Has some pretty stupid people who are the exception. Just like the dude asking the question. I hope he is out soon would hate him to make an asshole manager or above.
