EY Hi all, I have completed my L1 and L2 interview on 04th April and received CIS form on same day which i filled and submitted, on 8th April I got a call from HR that I am selected and had salary discussion and HR told I will get offer letter within one week. When I am checking on portal its showing ‘your background investigation is in progress’. Can anyone help me here how much time it will take to release offer letter?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It’s LA based & content/digital production. I’m not a fan of hourly rates, but I don’t want to lose the gig or end up agreeing to less days than I actually end up working..

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
