How important is having a job title that specifies a focus in employment law in the context of salary and future job prospects? This is opposed to something general such as attorney or council. If I'm looking for a position in employment law with a general title on my resume, will perspective employers rule me out because of it? How to deal with a new associate that does crappy work. I show them step by step and they always miss something that I said clearly. It's getting to be frustrating. They don't have a nasty attitude but clearly are missing important things I bring up.
I end up having to do the work myself because they take an eternity to get the work done incorrectly.

I really enjoy tax, but the hours and the lack of perceived value is finally getting to me. What are some other career paths within tax has a higher perceived value so we can charge more with my 4 years of tax and 5 years of audit experience? Schedule m3 for 1065... why does only the first page of the m3 get completed bs actually preparing the whole tax to book schedule?
