Little to no communication from recruiter for weeks on end. 3 weeks since last interview with a partner - no rejection, but also no offer. Does it really take this long?

Completed my Loop interview this week. So nervous but weirdly relieved. Put so much into it and I think I did well but one can never be sure.


Now the wait.

I made it through the first 2 interviews and I think it went well. How long does it usually take to find out if you move on to the final interview round?

How do I professionally decline a second interview? I know for sure I don’t want to work at the firm.

I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

NJ Personal Income tax question:
My wife and I file a joint return. We were part time residents in 2020z unfortunately, we both filed our joint tax return. My wife sent via paper and I sent electronically. Any idea what happens now? Can't get ahold of anyone.
