Does anyone know the average base and bonus comp range for HR Director level (below VP) at Morgan Stanley ? The recruiter said that I am eligible for a bonus but it’s not in the offer letter and would not provide any details on an expected bonus range. Is this normal? If so, what is the average range for an HR Director bonus?

Hello! Can you please share recent experiences flying with your dog on a plane (in cabin)? Bonus points if it was Air Canada I saw a post recently that airlines are becoming more strict with the pet’s ability to fully stand up inside their carrier. I’m flying with my 17lbs dog in April and I’m worried I’ll get pushback from the agents. The last time I traveled with her was in August, and we had no issues then.
Hey fishes, Got the offers from the below 2 companies: Please help me choose the same considering the below points: WLB, Appraisal, yearly bonus, yearly hikes, job security. BNY Mellon Pershing JP Morgan Chase
As an analyst, should I expect a bonus? What size of bonus should I negotiate (in terms of percent?). Should I try to negotiate a raise as well given that...(1)
Need help assessing an offer from Meta. Within People Operations, IC4, fully remote, DC area based. Offer is 117 base, 15% target bonus, and 50k RSU over 4 years, essentially 150k TC. Currently make 137 base at KPMG and was honestly hoping for more, is this a lowball?
Can anyone please confirm? Is AIP bonus taxable? How the tax is going to be deducted from AIP bonus? Will it be deducted at the time of payment of bonus? And what percentage? Please don't judge me. I am new to the firm and taxation and tryong to learn from you all. Thanks

I am on reduced hours at my firm, but will be about 10% over my target this year. Can anyone who is also reduced hours describe whether your firms will true you up at the end of the year for the time you go over? Does the firm pay you the additional base that you would have gotten as a full time associate OR does the firm do a pro-rated bonus instead? Something else? I would like to be made whole for the time I’ve gone over but would love to hear more about others’ experience in this area.
Why isn't utilization part of your bonus? I get why it doesn't go towards performance...but if I'm charging 100% for the year that means I making the company a lot of money! Hook it up!!
What’s the best way to refer someone with a TS/SCI to make sure I get the bonus? Does anyone know the $ value and/or is it posted anywhere?
Being offered a fixed of 75K GBP and a 6k GBP bonus at Wipro UK C1 level with about 10.5 years of work ex. Any idea if I'm selling myself short. URGENT! Wipro. Should I be aiming for a C2?

I am looking for advice. I was extended a verbal job offer and was so happy over the phone that I forgot to ask about a signing bonus. I haven’t received the written offer yet. Is it too late to ask for a signing bonus? If not, how do I bring up that conversation?
Anybody have any luck negotiating payback of a sign-on bonus? Like saying I'll pay back $X a month for X number of months instead of one lump sum.
I’ve seen a lot of chatter about a shift in parent / maternity leave in the media and creative agency space. Would love to hear what benefits/support your companies offer (or don’t offer). Bonus point if you could note your location, if your company offers anything beyond FMLA, and any other support/resources they provide.

Lies My Project Manager/Partner Told Me: Go!
My M just gave me the following feedback about being professio. Is he correct? This is my first time getting this feedback. 1. The way I wear my hair (I wear it natural or in a pony) 2. During a Zoom call I went to place a dirty mug in the sink (4 feet behind me). 3. He said I fidget too much on camera ( I have mild ADHD). 4.Tshirts are unprofessional and I should wear blouses
People who took risks in life, where are you now? People who took the safe route, where are you?
My wife doesn't work, been out of work for 6 months (this is job 5 in 4 years), and I feel incredibly overwhelmed being a sole income household and trying to move to CA and buy a house. I've asked her to get a job so many times, expressed my needs, had heart to hearts without any change. She says she can't because she is too stressed out to work. I don't know what to do.
An associate that quit the firm held onto our team dial-in, joined a regularly scheduled with our client, and just cursed out a stakeholder who is regularly abrasive with us... We are stunned #revenge
How to compensate for long term unemployment? After getting let go from McK earlier this year, I've been unemployed for close to 6 months and explaining it to prospective employers is awkward and uncomfortable. Any advice on how to navigate this?
My boss said we can’t promote you because “we’ll loose you, and if we make you a manager, you won’t do the work that you’re currently doing”.. 🤔 thoughts?
I'm not a rich man, but is 250k a lot of money? Sure in some parts yes, but not in major cities. If u make that much on ur own, ur doing well. But it's not hard to make that with dual income. (Cont.)
Why don't more partners (esp. tier 2/MBB) just retire at ~40-45? What keeps a person going at that point? I get working a job that's meaningful and and for a cause close to heart, but why work an objectively demanding job when you have multiple millions saved and a fairly high level of prestige in your field?
My recent grad cousin is a new McK NY analyst and thinks he’s hot stuff (telling grandma he’s at the most prestigious office of the most prestigious “Firm” in the world and on the fast track to CEO of F500). Please help me roast him...
Realistically how much longer can the economy stay shut down like this? I know this has somehow become a partisan issue (I’m pretty liberal) - but I find myself siding with the folks who want to open back up and get to work (in a smart, calculated way).
Is the worst over? How is everyone’s firm doing? MBB, Deloitte, Strategy&, EYP, Accenture, etc
