Interviewing for a small tech start-up and their Glassdoor reviews are... not good. How can I gracefully bring that up in the next round of interviews? Salary would be almost double my current comp
What comp breakdown range would you suggest for a $1B P&L responsibility leading one industry vertical for NA?
Got an offer from a big firm. I’m currently working at a small firm. The pay increase would be about 20% not including bonus. My concern with big law is obviously the stress level and billable hours but the small firm life concerns me long term because there’s only currently 6 lawyers and we just lost an office.
Has anyone made the move to Uber, specifically the operations and logistics manager position? Received and offer with less salary (but decent equity) and trying to weigh options and lifestyle.
Can anyone from Barclays,Pune help me with the turn around time for getting the offer letter once you have provided the requested documents and salary negotiation is done?
I just received an offer for a job I want and the salary I asked for, but it says my first compensation review wouldn’t be for 1.5 years (May 2021). They do an annual bonus up to 10% of salary (cont)
Any have any knowledge on what BizOps does at a VC Fund? Currently work in BizOps at FANG but not sure how the work would differ. Also ideas on comp? Currently at ~220K with 4 years work experience.
I’ve been told I would be good in a Client services manager role, and I looked up the salary.....why would I ever cut my current salary in half to demote myself into a lower role?
What is the salary of an Associate-Investment Banking at Accenture for Bangalore location? Any help will be appreciated 🙂
Any insight/advice on tax M&A opportunities at consulting firms? I’m a SA & not ready to go industry and cap my salary out yet, so I’m curious about professional service firms other than PA. Specifically concerned about whether learning opportunities are equivalent and which consulting firms have quality tax practices.
Hi guys and girls I need some input making an unbiased decision. Option A - IBM cloud consulting €42k base with profit sharing bonus not sure how much this is and thinking this is a good option because it could = google etc in the future and the scope of the work would be larger and the possibility to have more flexibility in terms of type of work and divisions I could move around into.
Is it worth moving to Oliver Wyman from Accenture? Move is at the associate level. Base is 130K and potentially higher bonus (25k average estimate). But already at 127K at Accenture at the consultant level and up for promotion this year to push to $150 to 160k base.
How much do non-MBA Senior Associates and Consultants typically make (base + bonus segmented if possible)?
Looking to resign in about a month. Really need a mental break from the corporate world. I’ve amassed about 2-3 years worth of salary in my investments to hold me through for however long. How bad is it if I took 6-18 months off to pursue hobbies and possible other career paths (content creation/vlogging) while being unemployed before applying to another job in industry? TLDR; I’m about to quit, how bad does a 6-18 month employment gap look when looking to apply again to the workforce?
Are there great Product Management exit opps for Big Tech or something comparable within Chicago and not only the West Coast? Most of the great comp packages I’ve seen are out there and so wanted to get some input if there are 200k+ total comp options here. Currently have 4 yoe, 2 in strategy, and a MS degree if that helps. Thank you!
Have my comp call with my recruiter in an hour for a L3 TPM. My current TC is around 200, (170 base and 15-25% bonus). Would google even match that?

My biggest work win of 2019 so far was getting a new work comp and not signing in to Facebook or iMessage. Productivity and mindfulness have noticeably increased.
How do our firms view consultants and managers getting pregnant or just having young children in general? Is it a death sentence for future staffing opportunities? Conversely, would it mitigate the risk of layoff due to covid considering the optics / laws around woman’s pregnancy rights in the workplace? Honestly just curious.
What are the Reasons to move to a boutique that I should use as talking points in an interview?

Is Accenture Technology Strategy still hiring Consultant level employees? I've been on hold for three weeks after my second case that I was told I passed.
Should I remove undergrad internships from my resume now that I have 3.5 years of full time experience? I worked 20 hours per week during the semester and 40 hours during the winter/summer breaks for two of my four internships. I'm applying for cybersecurity positions and those internships were more IT focused (configuration management, IT asset, etc).
I was placed on PIP due to unavailable projects... and right before my pip period was about the end, I got placed on a project. is it weird I was hoping to get fired and get my severance package?
hey all - Would appreciate opinions on two job options 1) current role: Deloitte internal tech strategy (not client facing). Enjoyable, good work/life balance and support from managers to move to other parts of firm in a year or two. 2) potential new role: Accenture tech strategy and advisory. 25k base more + signing bonus. I’m curious if those at Accenture like their jobs, what the work/life balance is, and how likely it is i’ll get pigeonholed there TIA!
Met with a CCO for a role on a notoriously “challenging” account. Thirty minute Zoom, nothing in-depth. A few days later the recruiter emails like “Great news. We’ve talked to many people but they’d like to make an offer to you!” I’m thinking to myself, it was a 30 minute call, I’ve never met my direct manager, potential partner(s), etc...So these guys are just desperate to fill this role, right?
Leaving current firm to join client side, am I obligated to disclose any of this? Are policies that prevents us from doing so?
Loose fixture outside hotel room window kept me up all night being blown around in the wind. How many points?
🐠- I have received a check for lump sum pension payment. Am looking to deposit it into my Fidelity IRA account. The app prompts me to select deposit type as contribution or rollover (direct or 60 day). What should I be selecting? Also, is there any difference between depositing into a traditional IRA vs rollover IRA? Appreciate any guidance

I love when individuals say they don’t harbor any misogyny or bias against women, but when something goes wrong on an account or when the client isn’t being the best, it’s always the woman’s fault.
