Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

+1 S& Insurance. Smart and caring partners, interesting work
FS Manger at S& here. Our insurance group has better WLB out of the overall FS. At least that is my impression.
Could you elaborate please? How’s the WLB?

S&. More money. A lot more.
EYP prob wins on culture. But we are a sinking ship in terms of employee satisfaction
@EYP1 - why is it a sinking ship in terms of employee satisfaction ?
Curious: how many yoe do you have?
5 in industry. 3 in consulting

S& has a good insurance practice. Can’t speak for EYP. The partner who leads insurance is very influential in FS as well.

Whats the kind of work that this practice typically takes up?
Ey-p is much better brand wise?

Edge to S&
Can vouch for pretty good culture in other practices, but I usually hear not good things regarding culture and our FS practice fwiw.
All because there’s more money potential somewhere won’t make up for poor culture. You’re gonna make great money either place, chase the culture
Honestly it is hit or miss. I left S& recently but really loved 80% of the teams and partners I worked with in FS. And client base / project flow is strong, which is very important for an incoming manager - they don’t have to compete to get staffed. It will happen.
I would 100% go with as& for both culture and pay
