Fam - what is the average salary range for experienced post-MBA positions (manager positions) in retail and tech industry at Toronto? Is expecting 110-130k base per year acceptable?

I am a 2 year associate working in Toronto with total of 7 years experience (mostly in US market) and an US MBA. Bcos of my US experience I am not sure of the average pay scale in Toronto. Current base is 170+. Looking for a chill 9 hours a day job at a regular company. Nothing crazy and ok with pay cut.

Anyone knows about the base for chase PCA?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I’m so tired of US companies hiring remote Canadian employees offering to pay a fraction of the price for the same role.

This is consistent across the majority of the tech companies. While I am looking to exit consulting, don’t want to be paid 50% of what my colleagues would be making across the border.
