Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water

This is why you should book all travel for the both of you. As a savvy traveling consultant, it's only the right thing to do.
Crying at the airport?? What is she- a child?! She can't find ways to amuse herself for a few hours in Milan?
I wish i get stranded in Milano
Just make sure to tell her that it's ok. Reassure her and just take charge and get it together. Don't make her feel (too) bad. When I first started travelling I had similar experiences. Now nothing phases me. Just don't let it ruin the trip for either of you.
I've been with my husband for over 6 years now. I just don't get men who are with "damsels in distress" and women who refuse to grow up.
Now she is crying in the airport bc most flights are booked. I forget how stressful traveling can be if you don't do it often. I am just going to pay to get her a flight down here for 550.
3 hours is usually a perfectly fine layover time. Ive been flying to Europe twice a year for the last 18 years, and rule of them is always a 2 hours layover. She just got unlucky
Yeah agree with D1. Trains are a great option in Italy.
A1 -- I agree. Lesson learned.
No trains that could get her to where you are?
She's arrived -- so all fine now. I don't know how you would deal with this if you didn't have a decent income. But I guess then you wouldn't necessarily be flying to Milan...
EY1 You're not with anybody, are you?
Pahaha I stand corrected! Strong independent woman right here in EY1! Lpl
I am in Sicily so unfortunately trains are out for practical purposes
I do 3 hours (or less) -- but as she doesn't speak the language and gets nervous about traveling I preferred more. Murphy's law and all
So she gets to Linate from Malpensa and while waiting to go past security they evacuate her because they found a dead person in the airport. I must admit I haven't had that happen to me in my travel experience.
Just have wine strawberries and Lub waiting for her
Lube
EY1 wins this thread. Otherwise amusing to see OP's fall out from letting fiance book travel on her own 😂
Wow what in gods name
