I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. In a bit of a conundrum, I work for a boutique firm focused on a particular industry and just got an offer from another boutique firm focusing on the same industry but smaller (10% of our size). Jump in title and maybe a 10%+ up increment (can negotiate more). The role will be 2ic to the regional lead. I don’t necessarily want to move but should I use this offer for a promotion and or salary nego?
