First offer! Any advice on making a decision?

Offer: 110 tc for a Sr role at a smaller florida Healthcare company. Currently run by PE, planned SPAC soon.

Current: staff 2, ~75k in data analytics in northeast.

I think the move will be nice and also it's a nice comp increase. However I'll be getting promoted soon, and worried that jumping to a smaller company will hurt future prospects. Thoughts?

Are there any fundamental differences between a salary negotiation during the start (applying for the job) vs. Salary negotiation during a performance review (you’ve been employed for x time and looking for a raise). I have offers from 3 companies and getting 90% hike. Now current company is trying to retain with 40% and promising onsite. I have never been onsite and it's an aspiration since long. But the hike they're giving will also be effective after 6 months.

For background: First job out of college - Senior Associate working in tech implementation with various projects under my belt.

I believe in the philosophy of learning from other's experiences, success stories, mistakes and regrets while keeping in mind that similar set of life events may unfold into totally different ways/outcomes for others as there are always too many variables in the equation called LIFE. People may arrive at different destinations at different times while being on the almost similar path.

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?
