Can I ask account team for early release as I don't/ not able to focus on work at all.

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. How do you manage the stress and anxiety around billables? I feel like there’s no happy medium. You’re either smashing your targets but stressed and overwhelmed with the workload or you’re anxious that you’re not hitting targets. The job would be so much more enjoyable without them!

I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. I haven’t had much work on my plate even after asking many times for more than six months. I’m ready to move to a larger law firm. However, I am concerned how I’ll manage the workload as a mom to a toddler. The good thing about my firm is that they’re flexible with hours. Anyone have experience balancing?

So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?

I have got an offer based in Boblingen, Germany with 60k euro as fixed. Will it be enough for a couple with a 3 year old kid ? My major expense would be accommodation, groceries, kid’s school and transportation. Please do let me know your valuable inputs. TIA
