Whats the process of initiating and getting the hike/bonus?
I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.

All PwC? Uhh, $40k for an admin assistant to $2 million as a senior partner.
LOL, what a rookie question.

OP edited their post. It originally asked:
"For all PWC, what is your salary and bonus? Is the compensation structure really a cohort model?"
We're busting your chops because the original question was absurdly unspecific
Is there a specific level you’re looking for? Has a few factors (city, line of service, pre/post mba, etc.). And yes it is a cohort model for advisory
Yes. It is a cohort model.

Advisory is, but I didn't think Tax and Assurance were.

Now that you've given a closer spread I can provide some info:
Non MBA Tier 1 Ms in MC range from 127-149 with a bonus from 9-22% in normal years.
Non MBA Tier 1 SMs in MC range from 158-175 with a bonus of 10-26% in normal years
Do you have insight into average bonuses annually?

Accenture1 thanks for sharing, surprised by those numbers - no wonder you left for Accenture where the pay is much higher

I've found base pay to be higher at Accenture vs PwC. My wife is also ex PwC current ACN and she makes about 20k more than she would at the equivalent PwC level. On the other hand bonuses are laughably low at least at our level so it's a trade off
