For anyone considering taking a mck referral, try to get a BCG one first lol. Over the past year their benefits have improved and ours have gotten worse or stagnated despite additional challenges of operating in WFH. Don’t get me wrong, mck is still a good place to work and I enjoy it but I can’t deny the very clear difference in tangible perks.

+our base salary increases were cut in half, and bonuses by a third
+they have meal reimbursement during WFH
+their WFH equipment stipend was higher

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute.
