I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Does anyone know what a good escalation point would be for a D&I situation that I feel is not being handled in the right way? It seems like the situation is being swept under the rug since technically no “policies” were broken.
