@PwC1... that kind of behavior (and other things) is why I left. Not expecting hand holding and therapy sessions but some level of recognition and respect for who you are and what you bring to the table.... they've been going through layoffs for over a year now. Sounds like it's just become a more pressing need to shave bodies faster and post-CRT seems timely...
Honestly it REALLY sucked when it happened and the way they did it kinda stung but my takeaway from that is that I don't want to work at a place where they treat people like that. I understand it's a business and not a charity but I want to work in a place where people have my back and don't lie to my face (I was a first year associate so should've been relatively safe this year, especially when I was doing everything I could to be visible and participate in anything I could get my hands on)
Damn.... they are getting ruthless and cold over there

P2, same here. Invitation for just me and RP (thought it was a little strange coach wasn't included). Dialed in and realized HR was on the line

Even realizing that FB is just a hub for the juiciest gossip, this shit freaks me out. CRT isn't until Thursday for me.

They pay out all your accrued but unused PTO so I would hold off on scheduling any vacations at the moment just until you're clear

I wouldn't say no way PwC4.... they may just delay for a few months. But I would hope they weren't that callous
By how much did you all miss plan?
Ha. Maybe I should just avoid scheduling my CRT. I know the bonus numbers won't be stellar and in the event that I'm on the chopping block, I can maybe squeeze a few extra days of employment 😉
