How will the work be in L&T Technology services?
Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

Hi all, Next week, my interview was scheduled in Salesforce triage support engineer role. I have some doubt please clarify me! 1. What are the questions for triage support engineer? 2. What they will prefer? 3. How do I prefer for my interview? 4. What is the salary package for this role? I have three years experience. Please guide me!

I've been lucky and had at least 2-3 interviews each week. In between I'm prepping, networking, looking for interesting companies, and preparing documents I'll need. Not waking up at 6am each day but not taking it easy either
I quite enjoy interviews and even will accept offers to interview now even though I'm not really look to make a move or interested in the company, only to keep me crisp and prepared for the time when a great opp comes around, kind of a dick move but whatever, can't rely on anyone else always looking out for myself and family
My problem is that interviews take so much out of me that the whole rest of my day tends to be shot. Honestly I'm kind of enjoying it though- setting my own schedule and doing stuff I like (research, talking to people) in the hopes of a positive outcome
EY1, have you ever had to turn down an offer when you don't have another one? What reason did you give?
"Crisp and prepared." Are we referring to food or feelings here?😂
I found another job in 2 weeks
Took me about 10 weeks (Laid off in Feb) and I interviewed a lot, but mostly smaller companies.
If anyone wants to come to D, I'll refer you! Not sure how soon they'll be hiring for what
Loving the freedom of setting my own schedule. I'm speaking to about 8 companies and have at least 3 interviews a week. On top of that, I finally have time to organize details for my wedding which was causing me more stress than I realized because work was stressing me out so much.
FYI I've been out of work for 5 weeks. Hoping to land a job in another 2 weeks or so.
@d2, what companies are you looking at?
Some consulting but mostly startup or internal marketing roles
