For those who have had the Bilt card for a while and had it issued by Evolve, the card is winding down.

Unfortunately, you'll have to apply separately (another hard pull) for the Bilt card by Wells Fargo. They are offering 10k points just for applying if this matches your situation, so that's more than the 0 points they usually do.

Doesn't impact me, but I'd be pretty annoyed that they can't just transfer the card directly. They are different banks so I guess it's not possible.

Freelancers - who’s your tax guy ? I’m very, very confused.

I'm a Canadian on the TN visa working in the US and planning on maxing my Roth IRA (6k) and will have enough left to max my 401k this year, but am not sure if I should just use a taxable account over 401k due to tax considerations when I move back to Canada (likely 1-2 years from now). Any thoughts here? I don't think I'll have enough RRSP room to move 401k>IRA>RRSP and I would prefer to not have to file US taxes every year in retirement for withdrawls if I left the 401k in the US.

I’m 25 and I have this itch to move to a completely new city. I love my city and just bought a house there but I just have this weird feeling I should be somewhere else. I’ve lived in my city for my whole life except for college (which was only 3 hours away). It seems weird and random to up and leave especially after just buying a house. I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved.
