For those who went from PA to corp accounting, how do you like it?

Went to corporate finance, but similar enough.

I really enjoy it. It’s much more stable than PA. I know what I’m working on for half the time and the other half I’m working on mostly interesting adhoc analysis or PI projects.
WLB is incredible. 30-45 hours a week depending on time of the month. Promotion trajectory is similar if not quicker than PA (I’m coming up on ‘M2’ at 4 YOE).

I need some career advice. I finished my master's degree in international law (B.A.Sc international relations) but I am not sure where to go from here. I always wanted to join a big firm and I've applied to different vacancies in international firms/companies but got rejected from all of them.
Does anyone have any tips on certain job positions or companies where an LLM would prove to be useful with my background?
I'm starting to feel quite stuck in this situation and it's very demoralising.

How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.

Hi Fishes, I recently got an offer from NielsenIQ. I want to understand a few salary components. Are LTA, Car fuel & Maintenance, Meal vouchers, and Internet expenses just for tax benefits, or are they given with salary?

It would be great help if someone can help me understand these components.

Is innodata worth joining?

CSP
Marriott Bonvoy Boundless
Citi double cash

Seeking some advice for home buying. Went under contract on a new construction back in March, was originally supposed to be ready in August but has been delayed until November.
