Always window
I always opted for the aisle
Early am flights to SFO I always did window for sleeping purposes, on the way back aisle
The flights will take approximately the same routes, with some differences mainly for wind conditions high up. Most of the interesting things to see are west of the front range of the Rockies and the Sierras are particularly nice. That said, you will need to climb over people to get out of your seat each time, so why don't you see the scenery, then once you are used to it, switch to the aisle.
I just landed in SFO. Window ftw
Definitely the aisle
Window
Aisle.
I typically try to get window seats for flights longer than 2.5 hours
Use the restroom before flight, take the window seat so you won't get disturbed by movements of other passengers try to get out.
I like aisle on short flights and window on long. I'd rather climb over people than have them climb over me. I'm more graceful what can I say 💁🏻
