I think it's fine for you to share his profile. Just make sure you're highlighting his real accomplishments and qualifications, not just gushing as his grandma.
Is your grandson aware that you plan to do this? I’m fairly sure that, despite your good intentions, he could me really embarrassed. I suggest that you encourage him or even give him the names of your contacts so that he can independently contact them. This is one of those situations where helping can be hurting.

I think it is a lovely idea. Networking can absolutely help, especially for graduates. I would just make sure the post highlights his achievements and aspirations rather than asking for sympathy.
