I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

If you leave as an associate, you don't really have any management skills. You don't have much more than any college graduate so you haven't gained enough to have your time in PA be worth it.
I would say step one is to express this to your career coach and deployment team and if you don’t see change, leave after a year at senior. You might still be rolling WPs forward but you have the chance to lead others and that experience alone will be useful anywhere you decide to go next
