Going up for a first interview at Alvarez and Marsal and I'm worried about my lack of experience in financial operations. They reached out to me to interview for a role within their health plan and managed care practice and I come with a good healthcare background, but no financial background and I'm worried that the call is going to be rough for me. I guess I'm curious if anybody who works at A&M comes from a non-financial ops (regardless of industry/group) background?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior).
