Is anyone else not getting any feedback from your applications?

I have over 100 applications out over 4 platforms and I am not getting any feedback. Maybe a handful of “no.”

I thought it was the professional thing to do was to give the applicant an answer instead of just silence. But also I guess silence is an answer as well.

I understand it can take a few weeks to review but it has been over a month or so for some of my applications.

Anybody interviewed for a data engineer role for Facebook? I have a SQL and Python coding interview next, any idea on what to expect?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...
