I put in hundreds of applications I had interviews. They say they’ll get back to me on and they do not others have been interviews when I get the job offer. The pay is a third of what they discussed in the interview process so I’ve turned them down others I’ve had declining letters at 2 AM and 3 AM saying they went a different direction or they picked another candidate which tells me that no human I ever saw it, it was my age on here. Others are having the same problem. I can keep applying someone. Reads my resume
As strange as it may seem, yours is not an uncommon experience. A lot of people report being ghosted when applying for jobs, some even after initial contacts and interviews. Not to mention that most jobs I see posted online have hundreds, even thousands, of applicants, so I think the desperate job market is adding to this problem
