If a tier 1 MBA can't decide what's good, what's the purpose of your MBA then.
He really wanted to write that😜
MnM is a pune based company specialized in syndicated research. Company doesn't stands anyehere near to top consulting companies. You being passed out top Tier 1 MBA college assuming having experiences in top companies only, MnM won't suit you. Don't just directly go for it just cuz it is remote
Depends on the role, if it's to handle their dying Syndicated report business, then it's risky.....if the company has taken a strategic shift towards custom research and they want to leverage you as the face for getting research business from Consulting firms then it might be interesting.
50 lakhs for M&M is a lot, especially for 4 YoE!
Cctc ?
I am interested
Lelo be, pasand nai aaya toh current company mein wapas aa jaana ya kahi aur chale jaana. Achha package bhi de hi rahe hai

Avoid if you’re not getting positive reviews. Your degree will take you to places don’t worry.
Better to avoid, if you still want to be 100% sure, reach out to ex employees to know the exact scenario. This has helped me make an informed decision whenever I received any job offer
MarketsandMarkets has garnered mixed reviews in the industry, particularly around its work culture and employee satisfaction. There have been concerns about the stability of the company, with reports of high employee turnover and management issues. Joining a company that seems less stable could be a risky move, especially if you're looking for long-term career growth and development. A volatile work environment could lead to uncertainty and may not provide the platform you need to achieve your professional goals.
You’ve rightly pointed out that exit opportunities are crucial. Being associated with a company that is not well-regarded can impact your career trajectory. Employers often look at your previous experience when considering you for roles, and working at a company with a questionable reputation might not reflect well on your profile, especially if you’re aiming for top-tier roles in the future.
Given your Tier 1 MBA and 4 years of consulting experience, you are well-positioned to negotiate a better package with other firms. The market is competitive, and with your background, you could likely secure a hike from your current fixed CTC of 29 LPA to something around 40 LPA at a more reputable and stable firm. This would provide you with both financial growth and a stronger platform for future opportunities.
It may be wiser to explore other opportunities that offer both financial rewards and a solid foundation for your long-term career growth. With your credentials, you have the leverage to aim for roles that not only offer competitive compensation but also align with your career goals and provide strong exit opportunities.
I am interested in marketing kindly do needful.
I am ready to relocate
Can you please apply me there as well
Bro i know one thing when a company gives exorbitant amount for less years of experience it happens for two reasons first the company is excellent and second since no one is joining the organisation or leaving it so theu have no choice but to compensate and give more than the market. In this case don't join cause there are High chances that the environment would be so toxic that you might not be able to survive.
Now there is one more problem that when you have this high ctc no one will give you the same compensation and you will get stuck even if you want to change so my advice don't join cause i have learnt one thing while currently working in a startup that mental piece is a thing tbh and it should not be compromised
I might get an offer here, was going through everyone's review and majorly it is negative. Like sitting 8 hours at desk? Is it for real and also about the job security. What is the typical notice period here and is it a good thing to accept the offer?

49Lpa at M&M for a 4yoe is a lot, despite your tier 1 MBA. If it's for custom research sales or BD side, talk to people in this space and then take the call. If it's for syndicated research, which I think is unlikely, don't bother.
