got an email from a Mckinsey recruiter about setting up an interview and asked for my availability the week after next. I am mid way through the process with other firms, any thoughts on how to handle? should i tell them ideally next week instead?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. Can I answer the question in this way during interviews? I feel like it's not the common approach since this answer does not involve any specific actions, but could potentially stand out.
