No should be at $150k+
Carlson is not top 20. Accenture recruits at plenty of schools outside of top 20 but it does not mean its a “target”.
US News has it at 29 and I think it’s the highest it has ever been. When I was undergrad at Carlson (4ish years ago), it was in the mid 30s
Us news is what everyone goes by
They came at 120k initially
Hey that’s great then!
Public sector as in...Accenture federal? Was this through on campus recruiting?
This roles up to Management consulting c and m. I did not get an offer on campus. This was via experienced hire route
Unless you’re coming from a top 20 MBA OCR you’re not going to get big money. 135k in MN is solid for a C
That is good to know. I was told they were offering 120k to MBA hires in Tier 2 cities.
Once again big difference in the tier of MBA. Top 20 vs everything else
Carlson MBA-top 20
Yeah Idk. Pretty sure if you did OCR you may have gotten a better deal but then you would have gone to ACN Strat and not MC. I’ll have to ask around and see what MBA MC makes
Accenture is on Carlson campus as part of OCR to recruit for H&PS Practice which is under MC. Their offer ranged from 120k to 140k and 140k was for all students with MHA and MBA degree.
So, I think I got fairly compensated
Happy that I am being fairly compensated. Sad that my alma mater has dropped in the ranking.
