Got an offer from BCG which was my top choice (got dinged by M). Have final rounds with Bain soon, should I even interview? I wouldn’t choose Bain over BCG but are there any upsides to getting 2 MBB offers? Eg maybe it makes me look more attractive to BCG? For example: 1. Maybe BCG (or Bain) will give me a better starting package to try to lure me away 2. I will start off my internship / full time role on a better foot since I was a strong enough to pull multiple MBB.

Currently unemployed, and looking at a job offer of around 62k base, small firm. Not my preferred choice but this is the first offer in three months. They also took a month to get me the offer with corona and internal restructuring. Two questions:
1) The contract doesn’t mention a notice period in the probation period. What’s a good way to ask? 2) If I manage to secure another offer between contract signing and start date, would this involve any financial liabilities?

canada vs. US salaries at Amazon? I’m interviewing for a role at amazon. Any insights on if the salaries advertised for US roles are comparable for Canadian roles? Hi, this is a bit early but thought y’all might have some good insight. I’m exiting my current startup & have two offers on the table 1. A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin.
