Signing bonus is really the only thing negotiable and even that is rare unless you have strong justification. TC is identical to those coming from a MBA.

Congrats! Validating the above - comp is totally standard by tenure/role, does not vary by office (in a country), and is the same regardless of hiring path (ie direct promote, MBA, PhD, or lateral).

For completeness, I will also note that it is possible to negotiate tenure. I.e. whether you come in as a C1 or C2. Coming in as a C2 would provide a compensation bump, but I don’t recommend it.
In that case, you have a much shorter promotion clock. You would be here only six months before Career Development Committee gave an indication of specific promotion timing. That raises the stakes for your first project or two considerably. The shorter clock isn’t worth the comp bump in my opinion.
My counsel would be to always come in the lowest tenure for a role eg C1, PL1, P1.

What they said. You can negotiate signing bonus (or relocation if applicable) but need to have a good rationale (e.g. making you whole for leaving behind $ at a previous job) not just ‘cause I want mo money
