Got to a final round with McKinsey for a Solutions Delivery analyst role. I am coming in with 3.5 YOE industry experience. Does anyone know what salary band to expect? I understand this is internal facing, but curious what the potential is?

Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.
Any facing the same issue ? TIA

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned.
