Agree with GH1. As a manager, I was making far less than 160 k. I made 130k with MBA and second MA, and prof cert. I left due to the lack of compensation. Staying through the transitions was just ... ugh - plus low pay and long hours and horrible benefits that kept getting cut.
Where can I get 160k as a SC?

Never make a job change for anything less than 30%. Unless it’s a job you really want and is a good fit.
Also damn crazy how that PE influx changed the salary bands - I know people that stayed at GH through the pwc sell off and they aren’t making 160 as managers.

I am a manager at GH and not making 160K. SC are making 140K max. Unless they’re trying to attract talent to sell the company soon (very probable given all the recent changes and cuts in benefits), I don’t see why they would offer a salary that high for a SC...
