Chase sapphire is the best. Easy to redeem your points for major airlines and hotels. Customer service is great.
Chase Sapphire or Chase Sapphire Reserve?? Bc CSR is $450 a year. But very worth it.
I second the sapphire reserve. You get $300 travel credit, so the actual annual difference is $55. Assuming you use this as a primary card, you will make up the difference easily in point accruals and better redemptions.
I have Amex plat and sapphire. Pros and cons for both. Amex has much better customer service
Amex Plat is worth the AF
Chase sapphire or also look into current recommendations from The Points Guy
Thanks! That’s the vibe I’m getting from a lot of people..plus don’t have to pay 200$ a year lol
Definitely definitely chase sapphire
Like that’s a no brainer
Get both, plus the CSR. Both AF are waived. Incognito the Amex PRG for 50k bonus, and double app the CSR + CSP on the same day on incognito as well.
Loyal Amex holder since I was 18. Their customer service, particularly the fraud protection, is second to none. Also, if you use all the benefits you'll cover the annual fee in no time. Also, it nice not having a limit. Obviously they have some calculation of a limit in their system, but in all my years I have never had them deny a charge. Not even when I threw a car on there or paid tuition on it when in college to get the points.
Go to the EY travel sharepoint and sign up for the Gold through there. 100$ credit every year
Chase sapphire reserve has 3% cash back on travel and dining purchases. 1% cash back on everything else. You also receive a $300 travel credit each year, and they pay for your TSA pre-check fee. And then if you redeem the points for travel they’re worth 1.5x their value. The fee is high each year, but it’s been worth it for me.
I like my visa Costco card. 3% back on gas and other purchases. 1% back on everything else. $100 AF and at the end of the year you get a check or cash for your earnings. Each year I have gotten $500+ cash since I’ve had the card
I use the sapphire reserve (3x for dining and travel) and a free chase freedom unlimited (1.5x for everything else). I can transfer points freely between both cards and I value each chase point at about $.015 to $.020.
