Still need to serve 60+days with my current employer(current CTC 9.92LPA including VP). Recently I have cleared the LNT L2 interview and got selected for HR discussion. How much can I ask as ECTC at LNT? give me some suggestions for negotiation with HR? What minimum/maximum can I expect from LNT?

I got a demand notice that I have a payable of Rs. x.

When i checked, i got to know that mistakenly I have paid the self assessment tax of Rs. x in AY 22 instead of AY 23. The amount is visible in unmatched tax credit.

Can anyone tell me what is the resolution? Can i adjust this tax credit from current demand raised?
