Guys need urgent suggestion. I am currently an RPA BA getting Indian salary of 26 lacs. Total exp 11 years. Now my company is sending me to USA in H1B visa with a salary of 73k usd. I told them that this is very low. They said we are sending you to Pittsburgh and salary is according to position and area. Is it worth to consider this opportunity. Can someone throw some light on this. My concern is low salary is being offered there. My company is not ready to increase salary also.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj.
