Guys, need your help. I have time till today afternoon to make a decision. I've been offered 15.25LPA by Publicis Sapient along with joining bonus. But I'm concerned about the work life balance as I've heard bad things in that context. Whoever is in Publicis Sapient (Java profile), please comment. I am set to join another company soon and they're asking me to sign and mail final documents. But offer is 4LPA less than PS. Is Thoughtworks worth joining at 11.4LPA and worth refusing 15.25LPA for?

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.

There is a clause of total 3 years ( 2 Yr PGDM + 1 Yr Extra).

Company is promising a good career progression after MBA.

Right now, I am working as a Consultant and have 3.6+ Yrs of experience in Oracle CX domain, CTC 8LPA. Started my career as an Analyst (A4) in this company only.

Let me know if I should go ahead with MBA or change the firm.
