But I'm concerned about the work life balance as I've heard bad things in that context. Whoever is in Publicis Sapient (Java profile), please comment. I am set to join another company soon and they're asking me to sign and mail final documents. But offer is 4LPA less than PS. Is Thoughtworks worth joining at 11.4LPA and worth refusing 15.25LPA for?

I feel like I'm in a vicious cycle. I'm exhausted all. the. time. No matter how much sleep I get, no matter how clean I eat.
